HSEQ Administrator (Part-Time / School Hours) About the role: We are seeking a proactive and experienced HSEQ Administrator to support the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) function within Amspec Group. This is a part-time, permanent role (Monday to Friday, school hours), supporting both office and field-based operations across multiple sectors including agriculture, oil and gas, chemicals, minerals, and asset assurance activities. The role provides day to day HSEQ administrative support, systems coordination, reporting, and compliance assistance across diverse operational environments and client sites. You will work closely with the HSEQ and operations teams to ensure systems are embedded effectively across the business, with a strong focus on high risk environments and client compliance requirements. About Us: Amspec Group is a global inspection, testing, and certification company providing quality assurance, safety, and compliance services across oil & gas, chemicals, agriculture, minerals, and asset assurance sectors Key responsibilities: - Support implementation and maintenance of Amspec’s HSEQ systems across multi-sector operational sites - Build strong relationships with operations teams to embed safety, environmental, and quality culture across all business units - Provide day to day HSEQ administrative support - Maintain HSEQ registers including incidents, hazards, inspections, audits, corrective actions, and training records - Prepare and distribute HSEQ reports, client deliverables, presentations, and compliance documentation - Occasionally coordinate audits, inspections, and assurance activities in line with client, industry, and regulatory requirements - Support quality assurance processes including document control, procedural compliance, inspections, and record management - Ensure workforce and subcontractor compliance with mobilisation, competency, training, and permit requirements - PPE ordering and stock inventory - Assist with onboarding and inductions - Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and close-out of corrective and preventive actions - Support HSEQ training coordination, client inductions, and competency tracking across multiple sectors - Assist in maintaining document control systems (SharePoint or equivalent platforms) - Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote a positive company culture.
