This full-time permanent role focuses on improving equipment performance, supporting maintenance processes, and enhancing operational efficiency through the application of engineering principles. Responsibilities 1. Evaluate the performance and reliability of operational equipment and industrial processes by analysing maintenance records, failure trends, and system behaviour, while applying and adjusting engineering solutions to validate improvements and enhance system functionality. 2. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies by integrating appropriate engineering approaches and technologies, ensuring their effectiveness through practical application and continuous refinement within operational environments. 3. Monitor and assess maintenance processes and engineering systems using data analysis and performance indicators, supporting the validation and implementation of improvements that align with operational efficiency and safety requirements. 4. Design and optimise maintenance-related process workflows by incorporating engineering principles and adapting existing technical solutions, facilitating their effective implementation to improve consistency, efficiency, and overall system performance. 5. Provide technical guidance on equipment performance and process optimisation by supporting the evaluation, adaptation, and practical application of engineering solutions, ensuring their successful integration within operational and maintenance activities. Desired Skills & Qualifications - At least a Bachelor Degree in Engineering and 1 year of experience.
