We are a specialist ICT consultancy who is looking to engage a Mid-Level Technical Business Analyst / Systems Analyst with strong knowledge of technical requirement and documentation skills to join our Perth based team. On offer is an initial 12 Month contract, with a possibility of a further extension. This is also hybrid position with flexible hours and scope to work from home 2 days per week. You will be working closely with a team of business stakeholders, Application Support Manager and software developers within an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Run requirements workshops with business stakeholders and users to elicit and document Business and technical requirements Analysing and designing the corresponding system workflows and system interfaces for consideration and input into system design. Development of options papers inclusive of costings, benefits and risks. Working and collaborating with technical leads and lead developers to draft the system specifications for input into the technical development team(s). Working and collaborating with testing team members to support the development of test scripts. Risk analysis for proposed functional changes and communicate identified risks with the team. Provide contributions to adaptive maintenance plans for corporate enterprise systems. Perform root cause analysis Background & Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst / Systems Analyst in an Agile environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Good experience running workshops, requirement gathering and stakeholder engagement Hands on experience with supporting software development projects and related documentation Experience with analysing, scheduling and completing DevOps and Service Now assigned tasks Previous experience within WA Government highly regarded Any previous experience with MS Azure DevOps and Cloud Migrations projects would be nice to have On offer: An on-going long-term contract position where you will play an integral role within a highly professional and dynamic team. This is an autonomous role within a very relaxed working environment. Work from home 2 days per week plus flexible working hours between 7am and 6pm. 7.5 hour day.
