Finance Team Leader – Hands-On, Purpose-Driven (2IC to CFO) Scope Home Access Full-time | Dapto (On-site) $100,000 super salary packaging About the role If you love being close to the numbers, working in a team that has your back, and going home on time — this role is for you. This role is the second-in-charge to the CFO and a key part of our finance team and suited to someone stepping into a Finance Manager role. You’ll be hands-on with day-to-day financial processing, while also supporting reporting and analysis for the CFO and leadership team. This is not a hands-off role — you’ll be close to the detail and comfortable working with volume. What you’ll be doing Hands-on processing and reviewing high volumes of financial data Preparing management reports with clear commentary Supporting financial analysis for decision-making Maintaining strong controls and supporting audits Improving finance processes Working closely with operational teams About you You’re confident with financial data, enjoy being busy, and take pride in doing things properly — but you’re also approachable, energetic and a genuine team player.
