Director – Finance & Risk (Remunerated Board Position) Help Shape the Future of Aged Care and Home Accessibility in Australia Scope Home Access is a leading not-for-profit organisation specialising in home modifications and occupational therapy services across the Aged Care and Disability sectors. Established in 1985, Scope Home Access delivers services throughout the Illawarra/Shoalhaven region, South Eastern NSW, Southern Highlands, Hunter Region, Port Macquarie, NSW Capital Country and the ACT. Our work enables older Australians and people living with disability to remain safe, independent and connected to their communities. As our organisation continues to grow and navigate significant sector reform within aged care and community services, we are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our Board of Directors in a remunerated capacity. This is an opportunity to contribute your expertise to an organisation with genuine social impact while helping guide long term financial sustainability, governance and strategic direction. About the Role We are seeking a Director with strong expertise in one or more of the following areas: Finance and commercial management Audit and risk Corporate governance Strategic planning and organisational growth Investment and financial sustainability Not-for-profit or health sector leadership Aged care, disability or community services funding environments Candidates with experience as a CFO, Finance Director, Audit & Risk Committee member, Chartered Accountant, or senior commercial leader are strongly encouraged to apply.
