About the Role We are seeking an experienced and reliable Commercial Service Plumber to join our growing team. This role involves servicing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing plumbing systems across a range of commercial sites including offices, retail centres, schools, medical facilities, and industrial buildings. You will work independently and as part of a supportive team delivering high-quality workmanship and professional customer service. Key Responsibilities Attend commercial service and maintenance callouts Diagnose plumbing faults and provide effective solutions Carry out repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance Work on hot water systems, Backflow Prevention Devices, TMVs, blocked drains, leak detection, and general plumbing maintenance Complete job reports and compliance documentation Maintain strong client relationships on site Read and understand drawings/plans Installation of inground, suspended sanitary & trade waste drains Installation of hot & cold water systems (copper/ rehau etc) Installation of sanitary fixtures, tapware, hot water units & pumps etc Installation of gas pipework, valves & fittings Ensure all work is completed safely and to Australian Standards Skills & Experience Current Plumbing Licence Commercial maintenance/service experience preferred Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting ability Experience with reactive and preventative maintenance Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Excellent communication and customer service skills Current Driver’s Licence White Card Backflow and TMV accreditation highly regarded Cert 4 Plumbing Licence highly regarded What We Offer Competitive hourly rate overtime opportunities Registered plumber rates of $49- $52 allowances Fully maintained company vehicle Uniforms, phone, and equipment provided Stable long-term work with a strong pipeline of projects Supportive team environment Ongoing training and career development opportunities Why Join Us?
