Our Facilities Management Team is looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join the team. In this role you will work alongside Trade Staff, Facilities Operations Managers, and Facilities Coordinators. You will manage the generic inbox, enter maintenance requests, following up if further information is required, manage the phone lines, completed data entry, and other administrative tasks as required. The Team is looking for someone who has great communication and organisation skills, can create strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and can work in a team. The Facilities Management Office is open from 7am-4pm and has a rotational roster to ensure all office hours are filled, the successful applicant will need to be able to start work at 7am.
