We are currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Health Services team in the South/West regions of Adelaide on a full-time basis. About the role: Reporting to the Health Services Team Leader, you will work as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, customer-focused services across a range of settings. As an Occupational Therapist with ACH Group, you will: Conduct customer assessments and develop individualised intervention plans Provide clinical assessments and therapeutic interventions for a variety of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and rehabilitation needs Prescribe equipment items such as Recliner chairs, powered wheelchairs, and electric beds Focus on customer goals and functional abilities to maximise independence and well-being Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in case conferences, and engage in professional development activities Help clients navigate changes in function and stay safe and independent at home Learn and contribute to innovative projects in technology-enabled care About you: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy Current registration with AHPRA Genuine passion for working with older adults and enhancing their health and wellness through evidence-based care Experience in aged care is highly desirable, but not essential—enthusiasm and commitment are key! Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a customer-focused approach Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Proactive attitude towards professional growth and service improvement Current driver’s license and access to a registered, insured vehicle A satisfactory National Criminal History Record Check, no older than 12 months at commencement of employment Why join us?
