Electrical Supervisor – Commercial Services | Perth Metro About Us We are a growing electrical contractor delivering high-quality commercial electrical and maintenance services across the Perth metropolitan area. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team to help lead the delivery of commercial service and maintenance operations. About the Role This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing electricians, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring high-quality project and maintenance delivery across multiple commercial clients. You will work closely with management, clients, and field staff to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Supervise electricians and apprentices across commercial maintenance and project works Coordinate daily scheduling, labour allocation and job priorities Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, electrical standards and company procedures Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders Provide technical phone support for field staff Incentivise and manage staff performance Perform electrical service duties as required to support the team Assist with quoting, variations and job cost management Review and manage open work orders and project progress Mentor and support field staff development About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess: WA Electrical Licence In-depth knowledge of AS3000 Previous experience in an Electrical Supervisor role Strong commercial maintenance and service experience Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to identify job issues early and keep work progressing Proven history in staff management and sound decision-making ability Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Confidence dealing with customers, suppliers and internal teams Strong knowledge of WA electrical compliance requirements Current Driver’s Licence Current Police Clearance General proficiency in Microsoft Office Advantageous Electrical Nominee Licence Experience using simPRO job management system What We Offer Depending on experience $120K – $150K base salary Super entitlements Permanent full-time position Fully maintained company vehicle KPI Bonuses Laptop provided Stable Perth metro work – no FIFO Supportive team environment Career progression opportunities Long-term commercial client relationships
