Synergie Australia is seeking a Store Coordinator for our valued client located in Bibra Lake WA Experienced Stores Coordinator wanted We are seeking a reliable and experienced Storeperson to join our team in this permanent opportunity position. This is a Monday to Friday role, 7:00am–3:00pm, offering stability and a great working environment. Location: Bibra Lake Competatative Pay rate The Role Includes: Managing inventory processes, including monitoring incoming purchase orders and coordinating container unpacking for the branch Oversee pending stock transfers and maintained accurate consignment stock records Generate, update and reprint store reports while accurately entering stock data into the system Prepare and organise consignment documentation and freight paperwork Conduct stocktakes, investigate discrepancies, and perform detailed inventory analysis Processe stock conversions and stock transfer requests within inventory systems Coordinate the return and transfer of empty Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC’s) from customers Investigate and resolve product quality issues through ERP system Print and dispatch Emergency Information Panels (EIP’s) About You: Current LF Forklift Licence with proven safe operating experience is advantageous Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role Strong understanding of warehousing, shipping, and distribution operations Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage workloads efficiently Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while adhering to company procedures and safety standards Competent using online systems with strong numerical and basic mathematical skills Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling and stock movement duties safely Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, freight providers, and internal teams Able to provide two contactable work references and successfully pass a police clearance check If you’re an organised, safety-focused and looking for your next long-term opportunity, we’d love to hear from you!
