Our client is a successful privately-owned Commercial agency. Renowned for their high level of service and track record of delivery, they manage an ever-expanding portfolio. They have a loyal, long-standing team of hardworking, energetic and highly impressive property professionals. The role is newly created due to recent growth and expansion of the portfolios. You will work closely with the Commercial Property Managers and Head of Facilities Manger, and oversee the day-to-day operations of a mix of assets, including some of the companies key clients and buildings/ assets. Other roles and responsibilities include: Develop and maintain strong relationships with all clients and stakeholders. Be the first point of contact for technical, maintenance and cleaning advice to Property Managers and tenants. Monitor and direct contractor performance and ensure that all contracts are executed to budget and scope. Carrying regular inspections to ensure compliance across the portfolio. Assist with the design and co-ordination of new tenancy fit-outs. Prospect for new business and onboard new clients in collaboration with the management team. Ongoing support and guidance to Property Managers. The successful applicant will have relevant experience in a Facilities Management role within commercial or retail property. You will be an excellent communicator and be able to manage your time effectively.
