Role & Duties Oversee a well-maintained, varied portfolio made up of mixed-use assets Attend and host AGMs and strata meetings Liaise with owners, councils, and contractors Oversee maintenance and repair works Ensure adherence to WA Strata Titles legislation About You You're a confident strata professional with more than three years' hands on experience, independently overseeing a portfolio and leading AGM meetings.
