You’ll lead workforce planning, performance frameworks, reporting and prioritisation across a matrixed environment, enabling high‑performing teams to deliver at pace. Lead the end‑to‑end coordination of Domain Performance & Risk Forums, QBRs and Big Room Planning to support effective executive decision‑making. Drive disciplined OKR tracking, providing transparent visibility of progress, risks and delivery against commitments. Monitor performance and flow metrics via digital dashboards, delivering timely, data‑driven insights to optimise delivery and uplift standards. Deliver high‑quality governance and performance reporting, clearly articulating risks, insights, recommended actions and escalations. Run targeted initiative deep dives to identify root causes of underperformance and implement improvement actions. Champion continuous improvement through structured problem‑solving and the adoption of best‑practice performance disciplines. Build domain capability by enabling knowledge sharing, consistent ways of working and strong performance management practices. Provide strategic workforce planning oversight, ensuring resourcing and capability align to delivery outcomes efficiently and sustainably.
