Design & Build are currently seeking an experienced Project Engineer with a strong QA/QC background to join a leading modular construction business on a 6-month contract basis. This role will play a key part on a major project at Woogaroo, with a strong focus on bringing structure, ownership, and process improvement to the project’s QA/QC systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and improving QA documentation processes including ITPs, O&Ms, compliance tracking, and quality assurance frameworks, while also helping establish scalable systems for future projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee QA/QC processes across the project lifecycle Review, implement, and improve ITPs, O&Ms, and quality documentation Drive consistency and compliance across project delivery teams Work closely with site and delivery teams to improve quality systems and reporting Develop and establish frameworks that can be rolled out across future projects Support project delivery while maintaining strong quality outcomes About You: Proven experience in a Project Engineer or QA/QC focused engineering role Strong understanding of QA systems, ITPs, O&Ms, and construction compliance Experience within modular, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects highly regarded Ability to work autonomously and bring structure to existing processes Strong communication and stakeholder management skills White Card required Ability to pass pre-employment medical screening What’s on Offer: 6-month fixed-term contract $130k Super Opportunity to make a genuine impact on systems and project delivery Work with an established modular construction business on a significant project If you have a strong QA/QC mindset and enjoy improving systems and processes within project environments, we would love to hear from you.
