The Waalitj Foundation is seeking an experienced Operations Support Officer to join our Waalijt Hub team in Lathlain Office. This is a full time, fixed term position until end of June 2028. About the position: The Operations Support Officer - Waalitj Hub is responsible for supporting the operations of the Waalitj Hub to strengthen contractual compliance, financial sustainability and operational effectiveness. This includes supporting the efficient and effective delivery of programs by reinforcing data integrity, implementing quality assurance processes, and maintaining alignment with contractual and organisational standards. This role is responsible for ensuring that all data entered in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is accurate and up to date, conducting regular quality checks across program activities, and liaising with the Contract Manager to meet all reporting requirements.
