Service Delivery Lead Brisbane (Pinkenba), QLD 12-month fixed term opportunity About the opportunity Airbus Australia is looking for a Service Delivery Lead to join the team in Brisbane. This role is designed to help us level up our Business Relationship Management (BRM) function and support our digital operations across Australia and New Zealand. About the role Working closely with our Business Relationship Manager (BRM), you'll be the bridge between our business units and the technical IM teams. You'll keep things moving smoothly by managing operational requests and making sure our service delivery is top-notch. Associated responsibilities include: Connecting People: Acting as the go-to person between the business and IM teams to keep everyone on the same page. Managing the Flow: Coordinating the operational backlog and making sure business demands are prioritized and resolved. Visualizing Success: Creating easy-to-understand dashboards and reports to show exactly how our services are performing. Leveling Up: Using ITIL and Agile methods to find better, faster ways to deliver services. Thinking Big: Helping execute our local strategy by joining workshops to set and meet key objectives. About you We're looking for a team player who is great at managing expectations and can talk to just about anyone. You should be comfortable working autonomously, meeting tight deadlines, and always looking for ways to improve. The skills and experience best suited to this role include: Extensive Experience: At least 7 years of technical experience in infrastructure and support functions, including analytics and reporting. Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and experience with platforms such as Windows, Service Now, Cisco, and SAP. Service Delivery: A track record in driving process improvement and managing service-oriented organizations to meet targets. Agile Practices: Demonstrated experience in Agile practices, preferably within an Information Management environment. Education: A Degree in an Information Management related discipline. Communication: A straightforward, confident, and open communicator with the ability to convey complex requirements clearly. It would be desirable that you also have: Advanced Certifications: ITIL Intermediate, Agile (Scrum/SAFe), or Microsoft certifications. Specialised Knowledge: Familiarity with Australian Defence security frameworks (DISP, ISM, DSPF). Change Management: Qualifications in Change Management or ISO20000.
