Our Opportunity The Lead, Poker Machines is responsible for leading and managing staff to assess, determine and escalate a broad range of licence applications within the Poker Machine sector. The role plays a key part in informing the ongoing monitoring of industry participants, managing escalated high‑risk applications, and undertaking activities to assess and maintain the ongoing suitability of licensees. To be successful in this position you will have: Demonstrated experience nurturing a high‑performing team to achieve outcomes aligned with organisational objectives. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex information and provide balanced, evidence‑based recommendations. Proven experience preparing high‑quality written material to support informed regulatory decision‑making.
