We are currently seeking a passionate and professional Trade Waiter to join our dedicated hospitality team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities Setting and arranging tables prior to service Politely greeting patrons and providing a warm, welcoming experience Answering customer enquiries and delivering excellent customer service Taking reservations and seating customers Presenting, explaining, and making recommendations from the menu based on guest preferences Taking food and beverage orders and communicating clearly with kitchen and bar staff Serving food and beverages in a timely and professional manner Preparing beverages, including supplying, dispensing, and mixing alcoholic drinks Refilling beverages and attending to guest needs throughout service Collecting payments and operating point-of-sale, cash register, and reservation systems Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables for the next service Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe dining and service environment at all times Requirements Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in a similar role Certificate II or III in Hospitality, or equivalent relevant qualification Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional presentation and a team-oriented attitude
