The Opportunity The Production Administrator is responsible for assisting the Boning Room Manager with administration tasks, ranging from data entry, payroll, rosters and typing. Key Responsibilities Your role will involve: Assist with the Boning Room Performance, mapping the movement of teams throughout the day to correlate with the payments of payroll. Recording of daily absenteeism and follow up of medical certificates from employees Assist the Boning Room Manager to type up meeting notes and or warnings, following the templates set from HR Assist the Boning Room Manager to maintain manning budget for both day and night shift Timesheets and Extra Shift spreadsheet completed daily. Prepare weekly spreadsheets for CO2 monitor, X-Ray, Pen Register, PPE Inspections, Yield Tests, Bandsaw Trips, safety inspections, TMS Run Report and follow up they are being completed Assist the Boning Room Manager with coordinating and delivering the weekly / daily rosters and manning for Supervisors, Team Leaders, Trainers, and employees. Updates Boning Room Performance board daily with updated reports. Monitor carton reworks are being completed and correct prior to handing over to Technical for deletion Prepare (print off) cut plans, yield results, annual leave calendar, specification sheets Prepare knife replacement forms sent from supervisor via email Maintain and update the daily performance spreadsheet Maintain matrix for both shifts from emails received from Department Trainer / Training Department Update toolbox notes as informed Assist Boning Room Manager in entering jobs into Mex and following up on tasks, attending weekly Mex meetings with Boning Room Manager. Check off codes on emydex screens match codes being produced on spec sheets daily and communicate with planning on having codes available on screens.
