Change Manager - Operating Model / Business Transformation NSW Government | 6-Month Contract | $1,000 per day super We are partnering with a large NSW Government department undergoing a significant operating model and business transformation, impacting how work is delivered across the organisation. This is a hands-on Change Manager role focused on embedding new ways of working within a complex, multi-layered environment. You will work closely with senior leaders and delivery teams to drive adoption, uplift capability, and ensure sustainable change outcomes. Key responsibilities: Lead end-to-end change management for operating model and business transformation initiatives Conduct detailed impact assessments and develop targeted change strategies Partner with senior stakeholders to support behavioural and cultural shift Design and deliver communications and engagement aligned to new ways of working Support business readiness, including coaching leaders and teams through transition About you: Proven experience delivering change within operating model and/or business transformation programs Background in large, complex organisations with multiple stakeholder groups Strong stakeholder engagement skills across executive to frontline levels Comfortable working in ambiguity and driving outcomes in evolving environments Government or regulated industry experience is advantageous What's on offer: 6-month contract with strong extension potential $1,000 per day super High-profile transformation with broad organisational impact
