Profile A successful Sustainability Manager should have: A strong background in sustainability, particularly within the Energy transition, digital infrastructure or real estate sectors. Relevant tertiary qualifications in environmental science, sustainability, or a related discipline. Proven ability to develop and execute sustainability strategies. Strong understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Job Offer A competitive salary between AUD 140000 and AUD 180000, including base and super. Flexible working arrangements with a 3- or 4-day work week (pro rata).
