Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with sustainability goals and compliance standards. Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics and key indicators. Engage with stakeholders to promote sustainable practices and initiatives. Identify opportunities for improvement in environmental impact and resource efficiency. Ensure adherence to industry regulations and best practices in sustainability. Provide expert advice on sustainability issues relevant to the financial services industry. Profile A successful Sustainability Manager should have: A strong background in sustainability, particularly within the Energy transition, digital infrastructure or real estate sectors. Relevant tertiary qualifications in environmental science, sustainability, or a related discipline. Proven ability to develop and execute sustainability strategies. Strong understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Analytical skills to interpret sustainability metrics and data effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and driving positive change. Job Offer A competitive salary between AUD 140000 and AUD 180000, including base and super. Flexible working arrangements with a 3- or 4-day work week (pro rata).
