Classification: ANU Officer Level 4 (Administration) Salary package: $79,314 - $85,809 per annum plus 17% superannuation Terms: Full Time, Continuing The Position Join a collaborative and client-focused team delivering library services across the Australian National University. As a Library Services Officer in the Client Services team, you'll work closely with colleagues to support teaching and learning by assisting users at service points, processing Document Supply and reading list requests, maintaining collections, and contributing to information literacy activities that help users access scholarly resources. The Person We’re looking for an enthusiastic Library Services Officer who is passionate about delivering high-quality, client-focused services to the ANU community. In this dynamic role, you’ll work across library branches, supporting users through online and face-to-face shifts, answering enquiries, and assisting with equipment use. You’ll also contribute to maintaining library collections and spaces, participate in library tours and undertake project work. Strong communication skills, experience with library systems, and a team-oriented approach are essential. Knowledge of library services and relevant experience will be highly regarded.
