About the job Contract ending 31st December Haymarket $55 - $65 per hour base super We are seeking a technically strong Financial Accountant to support a mission-critical reporting period. This is an urgent requirement designed to strengthen the team during peak year-end and audit activity. About the Role Assist with month-end financial activities, including accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, and related processes to support accurate and effective financial management. Liaise with outsourced service providers to support the delivery of key finance functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and tax compliance reporting. Provide administrative support to the Finance team, including the management of purchasing cards, travel accounts, and other operational activities. Respond promptly and professionally to queries and requests for information to meet business and stakeholder requirements. Maintain and improve administrative processes, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency and service delivery. Support the Finance team and broader directorate in meeting cyclical deadlines, workflow requirements, and other duties as required.
