About the Role This is a hands-on HVAC role working across a mix of residential and light commercial projects throughout Sydney. You'll be either servicing or installing air conditioning systems, depending on your experience, with exposure to ducted systems, VRV/VRF technology, and multi-split installations. For Service Technicians, the role focuses on diagnostics, maintenance, and troubleshooting across a wide range of systems, while Installers will take a lead role on site, managing installations and working closely with builders and site teams. You'll be part of a supportive crew where quality work is valued, communication is key, and there's plenty of opportunity to grow your skills while working on high-end homes and complex systems.
