Atlas Migration Pty Ltd, located at Sydney NSW 2000, is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Office Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Organising and coordinating office operations, office procedures and administrative systems to support efficient day-to-day business activities. Maintaining office records, filing systems, internal registers and office documentation in an accurate and organised manner. Coordinating administrative task allocation, meeting arrangements and internal office support activities across the business. Monitoring completion of office support tasks and maintaining consistent internal office procedures. Assisting in maintaining office service standards, administrative procedures and allocation of office resources to support efficient business operations. Coordinating office supplies, equipment maintenance, workstation setup and liaison with external service providers and building management. Supporting onboarding administration, staff inductions, leave tracking and internal office procedure coordination. Ensuring compliance with workplace policies, office procedures and workplace health and safety requirements. Monitoring office resources, subscriptions and shared administrative systems to support ongoing office operations. Liaising with Directors, departmental staff and external providers regarding office administration matters and operational requirements. About you: - At least one year of relevant experience in office management. - Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail. - Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy office environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Competence in office software, record management and administrative systems. - Ability to coordinate office procedures and administrative support activities effectively. - Professional approach with the ability to maintain organised office systems and records. Job Type: Permanent/Full-time Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per annum.
