An established, household-name FMCG manufacturer is looking for a Learning & Development Lead/Coordinator to take ownership of training and development at one of their largest production sites. This role offers the chance to shape learning strategy while staying hands-on in delivery, creating a real impact on both compliance and capability across the workforce. About the Role You’ll be the key point of contact for learning and development at site level, responsible for assessing training needs, building tailored programs, and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements. From onboarding through to technical skills, leadership, and compliance training, you’ll lead initiatives that support both people and business performance. This is a varied role that blends strategy and delivery – one day you might be facilitating a workshop, the next designing digital learning content or working with leaders to map training plans. You’ll also manage the site’s Learning Management System and drive continuous improvement in training processes.
