We’re looking for a Commercial Manager ready for a broader remit, more influence and the chance to build structure in a business that’s scaling fast. You’ll lead the commercial engine end to end - pricing, forecasting, financial planning, contract discipline, margin improvement and turning insights into action. You’ll also lead a national Key Account Management team, coaching a dispersed group to deliver consistent account planning, stronger customer relationships and reliable sales outcomes across the country. A core part of your mandate is dual‑stream growth: Major account expansion, including commercial negotiations and long‑term partnership development Consumables market growth, lifting category performance and increasing share of wallet across industry This is a hands‑on leadership role: close to customers, close to the numbers and close to the operations that keep regulated industries running.
