A rare opportunity for a Reward & Benefits Advisor to step into a broad, hands-on role within an exciting global giant! This role will suit someone with experience in reward or compensation who is looking to deepen their technical capability and take more ownership across end-to-end reward processes. Working closely with senior stakeholders across reward, payroll and HR, you’ll support key annual cycles across remuneration, incentives, benefits and reporting in a role that offers strong exposure and genuine development. Key Responsibilities: Support end-to-end annual remuneration review and performance cycles across ANZ Coordinate incentive and bonus processes, including reporting, calculations and employee communications Assist with market benchmarking, remuneration analysis and reward reporting Support employee benefits administration and vendor coordination across ANZ Prepare reward insights, reporting and supporting documentation for senior stakeholders Coordinate compliance activity including remuneration reporting, audits and regulatory submissions Maintain reward data integrity and support quality control across key reward processes Contribute to process improvement across reward, reporting and broader people operations About You: 2 years’ experience in reward, compensation, benefits or HR operations Exposure to remuneration review cycles, incentives or reward reporting Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data Comfortable managing sensitive information with accuracy and discretion Proactive, organised and confident working in a fast-paced environment Strong stakeholder skills and willingness to take ownership
