About the company Forum Recruitment is proud to partner with Platinum FM, a leading provider of integrated facilities management services, to recruit an experienced National Health, Safety, Environment & Quality Manager. About the role Reporting to the Managing Director, the National HSEQ Manager is accountable for delivering high-quality compliance and service outcomes across all Platinum FM operations. This senior leadership role takes a proactive, hands-on approach to Health, Safety, Environment and Quality management, ensuring cultural alignment and a strong "safety first" mindset across employees, contractors and vendors. You will work closely with Contract Managers, Business Managers and the Senior Leadership Team, supporting operational contracts through risk management, compliance, auditing and continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves regular attendance at customer sites, participation in OH&S meetings, and direct engagement with clients to ensure HSEQ objectives, KPIs and service level expectations are met or exceeded. Key responsibilities include: Leading and overseeing the delivery of HSEQ outcomes across all contracts, ensuring alignment with client KPIs, legislation and company standards Driving the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS), including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Providing expert advice and leadership on health and safety, environmental and quality matters across the business Managing audits, compliance, reporting and incident investigation, including root cause analysis and corrective actions Overseeing contractor and vendor HSEQ compliance, pre-qualification, inductions, audits and performance management Preparing for and managing external audits About you To be successful in this role it is essential to have: Proven experience leading HSEQ functions across multi-site or national facility management or service contracts Comprehensive knowledge of WHS/OHS legislation, Codes of Practice, WorkSafe/SafeWork guidance and compliance requirements Strong experience with ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and systems auditing A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trusted, long-term client relationships A proactive, solutions-focused approach with high levels of integrity and initiative What's in it for you?
