THE ROLE We're looking for brilliant floor people — the kind who walk into a room and immediately make it better. This is a casual F&B role at our exciting new Kent Town venue. No hospitality degree required — just great energy, a genuine love of people, and a willingness to show up and go hard every single shift. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING • Delivering warm, attentive, and professional food and beverage service on every shift. • Taking orders, running food, and keeping tables turned over without guests ever feeling rushed. • Building a genuine rapport with guests — making them feel at home and want to come back. • Upselling confidently through great menu knowledge and honest recommendations. • Keeping your section clean, organised, and guest-ready at all times. • Supporting your team and pitching in wherever the shift needs you. YOU ARE • Energetic, warm, and genuinely guest-focused. • Reliable, punctual, and proud of your presentation. • Holder of a current RSA (mandatory for 18 — we can help you get it if you're almost there). • Comfortable working across bar, floor, and dining areas. • Available for casual shifts including evenings and weekends.
