About the Role:At OTR, we partner with Guzman y Gomez to deliver fast, fresh, high-quality food across South Australia. Our mission is simple. Serve clean, delicious food with no compromises, backed by strong operations and even stronger teams. As a Culinary and Operations Coach (Area Manager), you will play a critical leadership role across our South Australian network of GYG restaurants. You will lead from the front, building capability in our teams, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring every guest experience reflects the GYG brand. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will coach Restaurant Managers and teams to execute at a high standard every day. You will provide: Leading, coaching and developing multi-site restaurant teams across SA Driving sales growth, profitability and operational performance Embedding strong routines around labour, COGS and shift execution Ensuring food safety, quality and cleanliness standards are never compromised Building high-performing leadership teams in every restaurant Using data and insights to identify opportunities and improve results Partnering with OTR and GYG stakeholders to deliver brand expectations Supporting new restaurant openings and preparing teams for growth What we Offer: Join a dynamic team at a renowned South Australian company, known for their innovation and outside-the-box thinking.
