With a Clinical Coordinator leading clinical standards and oversight, the Program Manager will focus on the operational and strategic leadership of the service. This includes strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, reporting to head office, and ensuring smooth program delivery across all service streams. There is also the option to maintain a small caseload if desired, allowing you to stay connected to practice while primarily leading at a program level. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU A genuinely values driven leadership role where staff wellbeing and client outcomes are equally prioritised Low caseload expectations across the service if desired (3-4 clients per day maximum for clinicians) supporting sustainable, high quality practice Flexible, hybrid working with structured non client facing time later in the week to focus on leadership and planning A collaborative leadership structure with strong clinical support and shared availability across senior leaders SCHADS Level 7 role within a 38 hour week, in a stable, well established program with strong reputation and tenure ABOUT YOU Experienced leader within community services, counselling, mental health or child and family focused services Relevant tertiary qualification in psychology, social work, counselling or related field, with postgraduate level training highly regarded due to the seniority of the clinical team Confident leading and supporting highly qualified clinicians, including Masters and PhD level practitioners, in a complex trauma informed environment Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust, safety and strong team culture Comfortable working in a values driven, relational environment where culture fit is just as important as capability Able to balance operational leadership, stakeholder engagement and service delivery oversight WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Leading a specialist DFV counselling and trauma recovery service supporting children, young people and families Overseeing multiple program streams including complex trauma recovery, intervention programs, and support for children in care and protective caregivers Working alongside clinical leadership to ensure strong governance, quality service delivery and staff support Managing stakeholder relationships across government, education and care systems Contributing to reporting, strategic planning and ongoing service development, with optional small caseload maintenance If this sounds like the role for you, hit the 'apply' button now!
