Key Responsibilities: Our Claim Coordinator position will see you; Working alongside Project Managers, Assessors, Supervisors and Trades to support the Repair process and assist with ensuring your team hits targets. Assisting customers, insurers and fellow team members in progressing/updating claims on company portals. Building and developing stakeholder relationships to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded. Manage inbound and outbound calls, answering queries regarding claims or referring to the correct team member. Triaging and evaluating multiple residential insurance claims on a daily basis.
