The Role We are seeking an experienced Quality & Safety Manager to lead and continuously improve our Quality and Safety Management Systems (QMS/SMS). This role ensures full compliance with CASA CASR Part 145 requirements, independently monitors operational compliance and safety performance, and reports directly to the Accountable Manager to support ongoing regulatory approval and safe, efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the QMS and SMS in line with CASA CASR Part 145 requirements Manage internal audit programs, non-conformances, corrective actions, and regulatory reporting Oversee safety management activities including hazard identification, risk assessments, and incident investigations Act as the primary liaison with CASA, coordinating audits, managing findings, and implementing regulatory changes Ensure competency, training, and authorisation systems are current while fostering a strong safety and quality culture Key Criteria Lead Auditor qualification (aviation, ISO 9001 or equivalent) Experience managing QMS and SMS within a CASA Part 145 AMO environment Familiarity with CASA Form 4 requirements and regulatory audit processes Strong understanding of aviation regulatory frameworks and compliance systems Excellent analytical, investigation, communication, and organisational skills Professional, detail-focused, and able to perform effectively under pressure Ability to maintain ASIC clearance and hold a valid driver’s licence If interested, please submit your CV and Cover Letter by clicking APPLY NOW.
