Along with a modern gaming room, there's something for everyone. Trinity Beach Sports Club currently has an opening for the position full-time Duty Manager on our team. This hands-on role will require outstanding customer service, being able to lead by example and an ability to offer clear direction and supervision to staff. The position requires a level of understanding to be able to maintain and coordinate all operational departments of the club. The successful candidate will have a strong background in operations and staff management. What we can offer Rotating roster that offers one weekend off in a four week period for work life balance. Rosters are based on approximately 38-40 hours per week. Above Award annual salary. Skills required: Practical experience in a same or higher role. Conflict and conflict resolution. Staff management skills. Strong communication and highly developed interpersonal skills. Be extremely flexible and able to multi task. Keen attention to detail Requirements for role Be able to work a variety of shifts: days, public holidays, weekends and nights until 4am. Ability to perform manual handling tasks (lifting, pushing, moving and pulling) for any setup requirements. Be a permanent Australian Citizen with full working rights.
