John Hughes is currently looking for hardworking and dedicated Truck Driver to join their teams. Duties and responsibilities will include: Transport vehicles between dealership locations and other designated sites Safely load and unload vehicles onto/from HR-class trucks Conduct pre- and post-transport vehicle inspections to identify and report any damage Ensure vehicles are secured properly during transit to prevent damage Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation Adhere to all road safety laws, transport regulations, and company policies Perform basic maintenance checks on the truck and report any mechanical issues Communicate effectively with dealership staff regarding delivery schedules and vehicle status To be considered for the position you must possess the following: Valid HR (Heavy Rigid) driver’s licence At least 1 year experience in vehicle transportation or similar logistics role Strong understanding of road safety and load restraint requirements Ability to conduct detailed vehicle inspections Good time management and organisational skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety If you think you meet the above criteria, please apply now.
