Customer Service Coordinator – Refrigerated Transport Perth | Permanent Opportunity | Transport & Logistics A well-established national transport and logistics business is seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join their Refrigeration division in Perth. This role sits at the centre of operations, working closely with transport, warehousing, and customers to ensure freight is delivered efficiently, compliantly, and on time. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, building strong customer relationships, and keeping operations moving in a time-critical environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate bookings, manifests, and delivery scheduling for refrigerated freight Liaise with customers regarding freight movements, delivery times, damages, returns, and service updates Work closely with transport and operations teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues Ensure manifest, compliance, and paperwork accuracy across incoming and outgoing freight Monitor service performance and provide timely communication around any delays or service issues Maintain accurate system records, customer databases, and KPI reporting Support compliance with HACCP, Chain of Responsibility (CoR), and safety requirements What We’re Looking For Previous experience within transport, logistics, refrigerated freight, or customer service coordination Strong understanding of freight movements, manifests, delivery scheduling, and transport operations Exposure to temperature-controlled or refrigerated logistics will be highly regarded Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR), OH&S, and compliance-driven environments Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across customers and internal teams High attention to detail with strong organisational and problem-solving skills Confident using transport systems, Microsoft Office, and operational reporting tools What’s On Offer Permanent full-time opportunity with a national transport operator Stable business with strong market presence Supportive team environment with ongoing development opportunities Fast-paced, varied role with genuine responsibility and ownership If you have experience in transport coordination, freight customer service, or refrigerated logistics and enjoy working in an operational environment, we’d love to hear from you.
