About the Role Bar Ferdinand is seeking passionate Casual Bartenders to join our team at 7 Alfred Place. You will be responsible for delivering refined takes on classic cocktails in a warm, intimate environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve garden-led cocktails and refined classics with precision. Provide knowledgeable service regarding our selection of Victorian wines, beers, and bar snacks. Maintain a clean and organised bar environment consistent with our detail-driven standards. Engage with guests to create a welcoming and intimate atmosphere. Requirements Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate. Proven experience working in a high-quality bar or cocktail environment. Availability to work across weekends and evenings. Full working rights within Australia.
