We are looking for an energetic, customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Cocktail Bartender at Kid Kyoto. Cocktail Bartenders are responsible for delivering a refined and engaging guest experience, executing cocktails with precision, consistency, and speed, ensuring all orders are produced to spec and delivered efficiently, while maintaining a clean, organised, and service-ready bar environment at all times. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests with genuine hospitality and strong bar presence Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently to spec Ensure all drinks are delivered promptly and meet presentation and quality standards Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar while adhering to all food safety and hygiene guidelines Monitor guest experience at the bar and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner Perform all other related duties as required Qualifications: Previous bar experience and solid cocktail knowledge required Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and remain organised in a fast paced, high volume environment Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team Manage tray service where required Must hold a valid NSW RSA certification How to apply: Click on the Apply Now button to apply through Zapid Hire.
