The role involves shift work during the crushing season, including weekends and overtime, with day work during the maintenance period. Your Role in Action Turbine Operation - Operate turbines along the milling train to support production efficiency Equipment Monitoring - Monitor and attend to shredders, alternators, and associated plant equipment Performance Reporting - Provide regular and accurate feedback on station performance and quality issues Safety First - Work safely and actively contribute to the safety of your team and site Team Collaboration - Work effectively within a team-focused environment to achieve production goals Communication - Maintain clear and effective communication with Operations Coordinators and team members Operational Support - Assist with maintaining optimal plant conditions during both crushing and maintenance periods Your Winning Combination Our ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, communication skills, and a commitment to safety. A Turbine High Risk Work Licence, Working at Heights, and Confined Space tickets are preferred, though training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude and aptitude. Additional tickets such as overhead crane, rigging, dogging, scaffolding, or a relevant trade qualification will be highly regarded.
