You’ll play a key role in ensuring project documentation, reporting, and administrative processes run smoothly while supporting project managers and site teams. This role would suit someone with experience supporting project teams in construction or infrastructure environments who is looking to work within a structured, fast-paced project environment with opportunities to grow. The Role: Provide administrative support to Project Managers and Supervisors across multiple projects. Coordinate project documentation including correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes. Maintain project registers, labour schedules, progress claims, and variation documentation. Assist with project reporting requirements and ensure information is accurate and up to date. Support project teams with document control and maintain organised project files and records. Requirements: Previous experience in a Project Administrator or similar role within construction, infrastructure or engineering environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel. Certificate IV in Administration or similar qualification.
