This temporary full-time AO3 role (12 months) plays an important part in supporting mailroom operations and administrative services, ensuring efficient handling of correspondence, reception enquiries and internal support services across the hospital. About This Role Your new role: In this role you will support daily mailroom operations while providing high-quality administrative and reception services to staff, clients and stakeholders. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services and postal registers Provide reception, administrative and client support across the service Maintain accurate records and support workflow coordination and improvements About You You are a reliable and organised administration professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced service environment.
