This is a Assistant Human Resources Consultant role with Metro South Health based in Brisbane, QLD, AU Metro South Health Role Seniority - junior, mid level More about the Assistant Human Resources Consultant role at Metro South Health Join our cohesive human resources team A great opportunity to join our collaborative HR team, working alongside HR professionals with strong HR and injury management experience About This Role Your new role: This is a great opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support to Bayside Health Service, with a strong focus on injury management and complex case support. Lead and manage injury management cases (WorkCover, QSuper and Health Management), supporting return-to-work programs and workplace rehabilitation. Provide HR case management support across employee relations matters including grievances, performance concerns and workforce issues. Partner with HR colleagues and leaders to deliver training, workshops and guidance on workforce practices and people management. Contribute to HR projects and maintain accurate records and reporting to support effective workforce decision-making. About You You are a proactive HR professional who enjoys working across complex industrial framework and building strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes. Demonstrated experience managing injury management and return-to-work cases in a complex organisational environment. Sound knowledge of contemporary HR practices including employee relations, case management and workplace legislation. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence leaders and work collaboratively.
