Working as part of our Curriculum Management Technical Services team, you'll work closely with our existing customers in support of technical implementations and level 2 & 3 support. You will work with a cross functional team to configure the SaaS solution in line with customer requirements, investigate and remediate software issues and work closely with the Curriculum Management R&D development team to ensure adherence to development practises and standards. What you'll be doing: Planning and executing assigned configuration tasks supporting operational level 2 & 3 support and Technical Implementations business functions Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code that is robust, scalable, and testable. Collaborate with a cross-functional team to plan (including technical runsheets) and execute software deployments Assisting in solution analysis, design and estimation for both technical implementations and operational support items Working collaboratively with the customer facing teams to plan and manage sprints Planning, designing and executing customer data migrations Testing/verification of configuration tasks and developed software Supporting the operations teams as an escalation point with ticket management, escalation and triage Continually looking for ways to improve the quality and reduce the time taken to configure, through process improvements and automation Your Talents… Proven experience in a technical role, configuring or implementing a SaaS solution A focus on writing clean, high-quality code and continuously improving your craft Strong development skills in Javascript, with experience integrating systems through RESTful services. Development experience with ServiceNow will be highly regarded 1 to 2 years of proven experience working in software development A degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering The ability to thrive working both independently and as part of a team Confidence using tools like Git, JIRA, and Confluence.
