Role: As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you'll be responsible for designing user-focused, scalable solutions that deliver measurable business value. This role blends functional design, stakeholder collaboration, and hands-on configuration. You'll act as a trusted advisor helping clients adopt best practices, drive user adoption, and shape future-state experiences. You'll work across both AMS and project delivery, collaborating with architects, developers, SMEs, and change managers to translate business needs into functional solutions. You will: Advise clients on "what's possible" using out-of-the-box Salesforce features Design capability maps, business process flows, user journeys, and wireframes Gather and prioritise business requirements and user stories with SMEs Configure Salesforce functionality aligned with best practices Run demos, build prototypes, and lead functional workshops Conduct unit testing and support quality assurance Support change teams to drive adoption and enablement You will have: 3 years' experience in Salesforce platform implementation and configuration Strong communication skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders Experience designing customer journeys and business process flows Passion for user-centric design and business transformation Consulting background preferred Australian Citizenship required Baseline Clearance is highly advantageous
