This is a Assistant Village Manager role with Bolton Clarke based in WA, AU Bolton Clarke Role Seniority - junior More about the Assistant Village Manager role at Bolton Clarke About The Opportunity The Assistant Village Manager will support our Beachland Village operations on a part-time basis, 15 hours per week, with flexibility on which days and hours are worked. This is a 6-month max term opportunity. As the Assistant Village Manager, you are responsible for assisting the Retirement Village Manager in implementing operational plans and managing day-to-day activities in the Village. The Assistant Village Manager ensures residents, their guests and visitors to the village enjoy a 5-star hotel style experience that is memorable and positive. Key activities: Reception and administrative tasks Provide assistance to residents regarding use of facilities, equipment and building matters. Assisting in the coordination of initiatives, resident activities and events to create an engaged and active community lifestyle. Preparing village newsletter, activities calendar and other communications Assist the village manager in managing the village to achieve optimum performance. Provide financial administrative support, calendar management, preparation of agenda and minutes/actions. Support strategies in relation sales and marketing including; ensuring marking collateral is up to date and generating regular sales reports. Provide outstanding, timely and insightful service to residents and their guests ensuring strong focus on achieving and maintaining high levels of satisfaction and experience.
