The Role Due to the growth of our Sydney Tax group, we are recruiting for an Associate (3-5 years’ PQE) to join the team on a full-time basis working alongside Andy Milidoni and John Boyagi. In this role, you will be an integral part of the team, working with two highly regarded and respected Partners in the field. You will be responsible for: Providing technical tax advice across direct and indirect tax streams Supporting transactional work, including due diligence and structuring Drafting tax opinions, rulings, and advisory papers Working closely with Partners on complex tax issues and tax disputes Building strong client relationships and contribute to business development Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will have the following: Between 3-5 years’ PQE from a reputable law firm or legal arm of a large accounting firm You will have strong technical knowledge in direct and indirect tax A proactive and client-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities What We Offer We take a collaborative approach to your learning & development, giving you the personal attention and unique opportunities required to help you realise your full potential.
