Description What’s the role? We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager with strong lending experience to lead go‑to‑market activity and customer experience across our home lending portfolio. In this role, you’ll drive end‑to‑end delivery of strategic product initiatives – shaping product vision and propositions, defining roadmaps, and executing go‑to‑market campaigns that improve the mortgages journey and deliver commercial impact. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Digital, Risk, Compliance and Distribution to ensure initiatives are customer‑led, data‑driven, and delivered in line with regulatory expectations. You’ll also track performance against product OKRs, using insight from volumes, conversion, NPS and complaints data to continuously refine and optimise the portfolio. This is a Sydney ‑ based, 12 ‑ month contract with potential for permanency. What do I need? You bring proven lending product experience (ideally in the home ‑ buying space) , with demonstrated capability across go‑to‑market execution, customer journey optimisation and product change in a regulated financial services environment. You’re comfortable developing differentiated propositions and translating strategy into well‑executed campaign launches. You’re a strong influencer who can engage senior stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, Risk, Compliance and Transformation, and you understand how to balance customer outcomes, commercial priorities and risk. A curious, improvement‑focused mindset comes naturally to you, along with the ability to turn data and insight into clear actions. Experience supporting or mentoring others is valued, as is a passion for building strong product capability and continuously improving the home lending experience. Why join us?
