Deliver marketing plans for new and existing products, ensuring on‑time execution against defined launch and campaign milestones. Contribute to annual marketing planning by preparing market analysis, campaign inputs, and product performance tracking. Develop and maintain marketing collateral and communications materials aligned to product positioning and regulatory requirements. Plan, implement, and measure product promotion campaigns using defined performance indicators and post‑campaign analysis. Enable the sales organisation through product training, competitive insights, and up‑to‑date market and clinical information. Organise and support conferences, workshops, and meetings with surgeons, registrars, and theatre staff. Analyse product- and market-related issues and recommend data‑driven solutions to support commercial decision‑making. What you will need Required qualifications Minimum 1 year of professional experience in sales or marketing. Proficiency in written and spoken English. Preferred qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in medical devices, healthcare, or pharmaceutical marketing. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
