About the Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑paced and collaborative team as an Event Co‑ordinator, supporting the planning and delivery of a wide range of internal and external events. The role offers hands‑on exposure across end‑to‑end event management, stakeholder coordination, and on‑site delivery, working closely with marketing, sponsorship, and senior stakeholders to deliver high‑quality events. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and deliver events from concept through to on‑site execution and post‑event wrap‑up Manage event timelines, checklists, budgets, and workflows to ensure milestones and deadlines are met Liaise with venues, suppliers, and vendors, including negotiating rates and managing event logistics Support large‑scale events and conferences, including registrations, reporting, accommodation management, and on‑site coordination Manage event communications and enquiries, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on expectations and deliverables Skills and Qualifications Minimum 2 year experience in events, marketing, or sponsorship coordination Strong administration and organisational skills, with high attention to detail Experience using event management systems (e.g. EventsAir, Cvent, eTouches) Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage competing priorities, and support events outside standard business hours Benefits As a valued member of the Steadfast team, you'll enjoy a comprehensive array of benefits tailored to support your professional and personal well-being.
